During the planning process you will work with an event planning manager to plan all aspects of your event; including the timeline, food and beverage service and many other items.  The week of your event, the event planning manager will introduce you to the day of event manager who will be with you throughout your event making sure everything is flawless.

Yes, we do have a preferred vendor list.  This list is comprised of vendors we have worked with in the past at our other facilities and our guest have enjoyed the experience with them.  This list is not exclusive for Gilman Event Hall and you can work with any vendor you like.

Unlike other event halls, Gilman Event Hall is a full-service event facility and therefore we do not allow outside food and beverage vendors.

Gilman Event Hall is a full-service facility which allows us to offer many amenities that may not be included at other places.  The rental fee includes; the event space and prefunction space, tables and chairs, all the china, silver and glassware, etc.
